The City of Hoover has setup the Hoover CARES Volunteer Business Advisors Coalition to provide a channel for small business owners to ask questions and receive general information about the various funding mechanisms that are currently being implemented in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This group is made up of volunteers and retirees within our business community who can help other businesses as they navigate through this unprecedented event.
